2nd  Prize – Terms & Conditions would be

• The APT cruise prize is an 8 day luxury Mekong River cruise for two people on Tour Code VEM08/VEMR08 in Category E cabin.  Valid for travel on departures until April 2026* Strict blackout dates apply . The company reserves the right to offer alternative dates and/or itineraries.  Prize is non-changeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.  Based on double occupancy for two people.  All elements of the prize must be taken together, and the winner and their travel companion must travel together.  Some expenses are not included in the prize and will be at your own cost. These include, but are not limited to;  flights, transfers, visas, and other personal expenses such as meals, optional tours or activities (other than those specified on board), transfer fees, travel to and from the departure point, passports, visas, telephone charges, laundry, additional nights or upgrades, and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner.  The prize is valid for residents of Australia who are 18 years and older.    Once booked, cancellation and change fees may apply if date changes are made.  A good level of health and fitness is required to participate on our holiday packages, and we ask you advise any medical conditions at the time of booking.  Please refer to APT’s 2025/26 Vietnam & Cambodia brochure for full conditions of travel.  The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s). The value of the prize is correct as at time of printing.  In the event of unforeseeable natural disasters, states of emergency, war, or any other circumstances beyond APT’s control, APT reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the prize redemption.  Winner will be draw on 30th September 2025.
