Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively liaising with clients;
  • Ability to identify issues and proactively problem solve;
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on time frames;
  • Professional presentation and manner
  • Previous travel agency experience desired

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting clients on arrival
  • Providing administrative support to the Consultants
  • Liaising with wholesalers to obtain quotations
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Attending to customer’s travel requirements
  • Arranging itineraries and bookings for customer’s travels
  • General office administrative tasks
