What You’ll Do:
- Create Bespoke Travel Itineraries and bookings
- Deliver White-Glove Service: From the first inquiry to the return home, set a standard of personalized care that keeps travellers returning
- Build Lasting Relationships: Understand client dreams and preferences, turning them into tailored journeys and lifelong loyalty.
- Stay Dynamic & Informed: Keep abreast of new offerings, exclusive promotions, and attend supplier events and presentations.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in effectively liaising with clients;
- Ability to identify issues and proactively problem solve;
- Ability to work independently and deliver on time frames;
- Professional presentation and manner
- Previous travel agency experience desired
